Please note that any returns requesting a refund which have recieved a gift voucher of £10 during our promotion on 12/12/08 until 23/12/08, will have the gift voucher declared null and void. PAYMENT Payment can be made securely using one of the following methods: MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta. Please make payable to 'STEPNPUMP', ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse. We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as 'STEPNPUMP' will not be held responsible for any losses. AVAILABILITY We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. However, your card will not be charged until the goods are dispatched. All stock which is available will be sent immediately and we will inform you if an item(s) is not available or will follow shortly.(Please email or call us on (01604) 717600 if you would prefer us to send your order altogether). You will only be charged once per order for delivery, however many separate shipments we make to you. However, there are occassions when our suppliers without no advance warnings do cancel or discontinue styles which is beyond our control. CARRIAGE UPGRADES AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES Deliveries of orders containing full price garments are FREE within the UK mainland using standard delivery. All orders over £80 are also FREE and will be sent using next working day delivery. Orders below £80 of only discounted items will incur a £2.50 postage charge per order. DELIVERY UPGRADES All orders are processed the same day and are despatched using royal mail recorded delivery first class or special delivery (subject to stock availability). These services require a signature. Parcels over 2kg will often be sent via courier and will require a signature. However if your order is urgent and you require next day service please call (01604) 717600 or email us quoting your order ID. This service is £6.00. Your order must be placed before 2pm to ensure your delivery is made the next working day before 1pm. This service requires a signature. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Delivery cost is per order and charged at cost. RETURNS PROCEDURE If your purchase is unsuitable Step n Pump will exchange or refund the goods, provided they are returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging with all the labels attached to the garment. All goods returned must be clearly labelled, have full documentation enclosed and with returns form clearly filled out. Incomplete returns forms will result in delays of exchanges or refunds. Please note all returns must be sent back using special or recorded delivery service via Royal Mail. Step n Pump accepts no liability for lost parcels. All postage costs are non-refundable.
